Large, round edged slots allow for efficient pass-through of unsoiled litter. Slots have an engineered length and angle, allowing for maximum recovery of unsoiled litter. Slots are angled up the slope of the scoop, toward the tube. Litter must pass over the slots for a longer length of time which lets more clean litter pass through to the box.
